Well I have mentioned setting goals and in a previous post, what to count and the first weeks assignment. Today I want to just check in. I admitted yesterday that I failed to count for 2 days, and talked about my plan. So going back to this past weeks assignment, I merely recorded what I ate and I averaged my numbers together and this is what I am currently looking at:
- Calories 1460
- Fat 56.57
- Cholesterol 88.38
- Sodium 2204
- Carbs 158.83
- Protein 42.1
As I mentioned before I have been counting since November.....so I'm going to go back to the last set of goals that I have not yet met.
- Drop calories to 1900
- Drop carbs to 250
- Drop fat to 44
- Try to take klonopin twice daily (5 days a week)
- Try to get 8 hours of sleep a night (5 days a week)
- Continue to drink less calories
- Try to make myself drink water (5 days a week)
Please leave me a comment and share your progress and goals for the week.
known, yet regarded as unknown; dying, and yet we live on; beaten, and yet not killed; sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; poor, yet making many rich; having nothing, and yet possessing everything. ~2 Corinthians 6:9-10
