The last week I did a little better. I am drinking less calories. I
kept my cholesterol under 300 all week. I kept my calories in line 4
days, my fat intake 1 day, My carbs 4 days.
My goals will be mostly the same for next week.
Drop calories to 1900
Drop carbs to 250
Drop fat to 44
Keep cholesterol below 300
Try to take klonopin twice daily
Try to get 8 hours of sleep a night
Try to drink less calories
Keep protein at least 46 grams
